The Firm is seeking a full-time receptionist/office manager.  Experience in professional office administration a plus. 

Job responsibilities:
 Process incoming & outgoing information (physically and electronically)
 Answer the phones-multiple lines
 General office functions-file, archive, monitor due dates, proofread letters, send client letters
 Monitor and order office supplies
 Process Firm’s invoicing, payments, bank deposits, A/R statements (physically & electronically)
 Process Firm’s A/P transactions (physically & electronically)
 Reconcile Firm’s bank account in QuickBooks
 Maintain a clean office (as needed) between bi-weekly scheduled janitorial service
 Various other support services to ensure client & regulatory expectations are met

Job requirements:
 ​Ability to sit for long periods –Ability to use computer for long periods
 Ability to move around office regularly, retrieve information from attic/storage
 Possess a valid Driver’s license/vehicle for making mail runs, bank deposits, and other errands
 Agree to, and sign, Confidentiality and Non-Solicitation Agreement
 Agree to, and follow, Office Policies     
 Willingness to have a background check performed prior to hiring
 As the “face of the Firm” the job requires a professional attitude and appearance, as well as the ability to maintain a pleasant  disposition with clients & coworkers during stressful times.
